Getting Students to Take Responsibility for their Learning

All teachers/parents want to see either their students/child succeed in life.But this action is according to the students/child.The students/child have to want to progress in education,but if the child is not motivated to take responsibility of thir learning then how can teachers/parents help steer them in the direct path?

Learning Styles

Learning Styles are people take in and progress information.The purpose of  learning styles is how people see the world and how we all see it differently.Theses learning styles are to be practiced in the classroom where the teacher would have to target each of them to grasp all of their students attention.Teaching according to this task is not easy.But I wonder how long would it take for teachers to have this task down packed? Are there ways in which to practice teaching every learning style?
